Psalm 67: 150 Days of Prophetic Favor

Welcome to 150 Days of Prophetic Favor. Today is April 8th, and we are on Psalm 67.

From February to the end of June, we will explore the Psalms for prophetic insight and encouragement. To watch any previous days, see this playlist.

Today’s Psalm 67 is so short that I’m going to only comment before and after it. We are living in very interesting times. The war between good and evil, light and darkness has been going on in America and many countries in the earth for over 2 years now. Evil is called good by the media (see the woke response to a Florida bill preventing kindergartners from being subjected to gay and transgender sexual indoctrination in schools). The war of woke versus truth.

Overwhelming cheating in our 2020 election at every level, in every state, allowed someone who cannot hold a 30% approval rating to supposedly garner over 80 million votes, while a hugely popular sitting president gets 10 million more votes than the previous election and loses by many millions? That’s never happened in the history of our country, and the data on dead voters, ballot harvesting (see https://2000mules.com), vote switching using online voting machines (see https://frankspeech.com/…/full-video-hacking-americas…), and all the last minute voting law changes would be plenty of ammo to flip the 2020 election results, if a righteous group of leaders stood against it.

The last minute law changes for mail in voting by the courts and/or secretaries of state of swing states like Pennsylvania, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Nevada (among others) rather than rightfully going through the state legislatures was completely illegal and should not have stood.

The fact that no court has heard even one state’s evidence of fraud, and people like Mark Brnovich, the AZ Attorney General, when given overwhelming evidence of fraud in Arizona, takes no action other than running for US Senate, is a multitude of evil seeds that will reap a harvest of justice. I’m sure Brnovich figures he’ll take advantage of name recognition, but who would vote for an AG that won’t prosecute broken laws? Why would any conservative, any independent, or even any democrat?

The war between evil and good, darkness and light, is on. The only way darkness can actually win is if light doesn’t show up to the field of battle. Who has ever seen the night swallow a floodlight? Or a dark room swallow the wall light once it’s turned on? The evidence is out there, the truth is available. We need to speak it, and stand for freedom and truth and justice, which used to be things we stood for in America. That’s why I’m considering running for President of the United States in 2024. Okay, I’m not. This was starting to feel like a political speech.

So let’s get to the Truth. His Name is Jesus. He said in Matthew 5:13 (NLT), “You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless.” Jesus says we are the salt of the earth, the preservative that keeps our culture and our nations from turning to evil. But the church has lost its flavor in America and many other countries, and has been thrown out, to be trampled underfoot by every pagan and evil agenda. The answer to Jesus’s question is yes. We can make it salty again, but we have to do it by faith, and faith without action is dead (James 2:17). So read this Psalm and move by faith.

Psalm 67
For the choir director: A song. A psalm, to be accompanied by stringed instruments.

1 May God be merciful and bless us.
May his face smile with favor on us.

Interlude

2 May your ways be known throughout the earth,
your saving power among people everywhere.
3 May the nations praise you, O God.
Yes, may all the nations praise you.
4 Let the whole world sing for joy,
because you govern the nations with justice
and guide the people of the whole world.

Interlude

5 May the nations praise you, O God.
Yes, may all the nations praise you.
6 Then the earth will yield its harvests,
and God, our God, will richly bless us.
7 Yes, God will bless us,
and people all over the world will fear him.

This is yet again prophetic to our very day. The tactics of the enemy never change, and there is nothing new under the sun. Satan is working to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life, and that more abundantly (John 10:10). In verse 6, it says the earth will yield its harvests, and God, our God, will richly bless us. 7 Yes, God will bless us, and people all over the world will fear him. Why would people all over the world fear Him by seeing our blessing??

Because it will be starkly different from the plight of the rest of the world. This Psalm in v6-7 is prophesying our imminent future. The world will see tribulation and trials from the evil one, but His people will be protected, blessed, and favored above all other people. And the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord,
as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14).

Glory be to God!
